Amazing views, on a beautiful mountain, total silence, yet easy to reach from Heraklion, but you definitely need a car. Warm welcome, villas are fine, beds are hard, optional breakfast was very basic with no fresh items except nice greek yoghurt, so better use the self catering facilities.
