We stayed here in April 2012. The hotel is fantastic, in the most beautiful surroundings. The food was outstanding and the staff excelled themselves with their customer service. What an amazing place this was! The hotel was surrounded by mountains - my neck hurt from looking up! What am amazing stay. Service is excellent, the restaurant is as good as described, and the breakfast is outstanding--better than big city hotels. This hotel was by far the best of our 2 week trip around Germany. Rooms are super clean and beautifully comfortable. The staff is friendly and helpful -- all speak english..the food was at the restaurant and breakfast bar was superb.
