The building seems to be crumbling with concrete disintegrating in several places. Our room did not resemble the room in the Campanile photo but was clean and adequate. Staff were friendly and helpful. Dinner was fine - we had the cold buffet which though not exciting was acceptable. All in all - nothing special but nothing to write home about.
