Martinez is one of the best hotels in Sozopol, right next to the beach and close to lots of restaurants and bars, not far from old city (10min. to walk). The Martinez was lovely: immaculately clean, spacious, comfortable and ideally placed for easy access to the beach. Hotel is adequate, rooms clean and well laid out. No mosquito protection om windows and doors. Check out was very poor. We were not allowed to depart hotel until chambermaids counted towels in the room. A real INSULT.

I went to Sozopol last week with my husband and 2 children. The hotel staf were very friendly and helpul, the place was extremely clean. The hotel is ideally located beside the beach and within walking distance of the town's fabulous markets and restaurants. We would definitely consider going back there as we loved it.
