A gem in the middle of the wine stocks. Nice modern architectire, aimable rooms and good service. Meeting facilities okay, reastaurant even better. Well equiped hotel, with a relaxing atmosphere and a good sauna and pool. Only negative: distance to (fast) public transport and airports. But both fine for holidays and business meetings. And do not forget to visit the... More

Modern in every parts, with brilliant ideas. A very enjoyable hotel in the middle of the vineyard. A nice spa, with good massages and sauna world, but only on outside pool. Good cuisine, excellent breakfast offer with loads of local products, extensive Kamptal (the wine region) and other Austrian wine selection. More

We stayed at Loisium for three nights as a birthday getaway trip in the summer. It is a perfect place for an all around special occasion experience. It is a marvelous, ultra modern design building yet it maintains an intimate, relaxing atmosphere. The hotel sits in the midst of fields, rolling hills and wineries, about 5 mins walk to the... More

My husband and I together with another couple stayed four nights at the Loisium Hotel during early May. We used the hotel as a base to explore the Wachau Valley, which is simply spectacular. I searched high and low for a luxury hotel in this area in Austria, and the pickings were surprisingly slim. There are a couple of good... More

Great spa experience - very good massage. Lots of relaxation areas and 4 saunas. Snacks and drinks also available at no extra cost. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The 'classic' room had a good view of the courtyard with the restaurant and pool. The bed was a little small with some strange design features which we couldn't fathom... More

If wine is your thing then the Loisium is ideal. The setting is great in amongst the vineyards and it has been nice to rediscover some of the brands since we have been back in the UK. The hotel itself is modern and trendy. Service itself is professional but not very warm. Breakfast is good enough . We only had... More

If you love creativity in architecture, this is the place to stay. We came for a wedding in a nearby town and were not disappointed in our accomodations, although some things showed more form over function (bathroom lighting & slippery deep slanted tub). But hey, it was great eye candy! Breakfast was diverse & fabulous. We only had heavy appetizers... More

Stayed here for two nights in late August, celebrating our 5th wedding anniversary. The hotel is beautifluly located, surrounded by vineyards on the outskirts of the lovely village Langenlois (only some 5 minute walk away). Efficient and prompt service level - both prior to arival (booking spa treatments, answering questions etc), as well as during both check in and check... More

Hotel was like a youth hostel...spa was very nice in design but staff completely apathetic and acted as though they were simply doing a task...how Germanic. In the end a spa get away was tragically expensive. The restaurant is the best part, truly. If you are an American, note that their idea of "care" as far as a spa goes... More

We stayed for a long weekend at the start of May with our two kids, 8 and 10, and had a great time. The weather was great which meant the kids could use the pool. The outside space is well designed with lots of nice furniture to relax on. The rooms themselves are quite big and modern, we had two... More
