Show!!Show!!Don't forget this word too!
Thanks for your words about us, that's a great pleasure to know and receive people like you here, the degustation of a french pate with you and your wife was a really nice moment! But to offer a good wine for a french couple it's a bit difficult for us...

I can't say enough good things about this place and its owners. The bungalow I had was in a lovely setting, was spotless, spacious and well-equipped with ceiling fan, air conditioner and well-stocked, reasonably priced frigobar. It's not easy traveling alone in Brazil if you don't speak Portuguese, especially once you are outside the major cities. Though neither of the...

We really enjoyed our 5-night stay at Canto no Bosque! Christel, Jazier and Casper are the best hosts you can imagine.
They will help you with all your needs, eg: organizing trips, guides, telling you lots of details about Chiapada Diamantina, from Capoeira classes to guided tours - just tell them what you are interested in and they will come...

The rooms were brand new when I went there, they had some work to be finished but the bedrooms / bungalows are very spacious.
The hotel is in the middle of a little forest hence the name, It's peaceful and perfect for eco travelers.
I saw spiders everyday there though, that freaked me out.
The hotel is not exactly in...

We stood at Canto no Bosque for three night during our Chapada Diamantina tour.
The Pousada is not in town, it is at the end of a hill (uphill) just at the edge of town.
The place is beautifull, the owner and his wife are very nice people and, if you ask them, they can take you down to town...

This is by far the best hotel that we stayed in Brazil. I helped coordinate a study abroad trip to Brazil where students from Texas studied agriculture and culture of the country. We started in the central region of Brazil and went all the way to Salvador. We stayed at Pousada Canto do Bosque for 3 nights. The owners live...

Lencois is the nicest town we visited in Brazil, and for that reason it's a bit of a shame that this Pousada is a bit too far for a casual stroll around town. Yes, the super nice owners will drive you to and from at any given time, but it would be nice to be able to walk around town....

My husband and I planned a 6-day trip to Chapada Diamantina. After looking online for a pousada in Lencois we found Pousada Canto do Bosque at Trip Advisor. Since the first e-mail exchange, our experience with the Pousada was extremely pleasant. We were looking for a good cost-benefit but we found much more than that! Christina, Jasiel, and Casper offer...

From the moment the staff picked us up at the bus station the experience has been great! The pousada is very nice and the staff really makes you feel welcome!
The rooms are comfortable. Good beds, clean and functional bath room. Private terrace. Nice cold minibar.
There is also a marvelous common terrace where breakfast is served and where you...
