We stayed in the suite for 3 nights at a very reasonable price in September. We enjoyed all the great food and loved hearing the history of their lives before coming to Canada. We were there for the plum season and picked a huge pailfull for little cost. All the u-pick money goes to a charity! This place is very... More

We booked three nights starting on Sept.24 at this delightful B&B in the middle of wine country in Oliver B.C. Jim and Gudrun are an amazing team because we felt so at home being able to walk around in their orchard, garden and small vineyard and share interesting conversations with them at the breakfast table each morning. They are hard working people... This was our third year at Rd. 6 B&B while touring the wineries in Naramata and The Golden Mile. The accommodation is quiet, spacious and clean at a working orchard and farm. Wander the property, walk on a quiet back road, drink wine on the deck and enjoy delicious breakfasts and fascinating conversation. Two winery restaurants are less than five... More

A pleasant, home farm location with local foods for breakfast. The menu could use some updating though. It is a friendly atmosphere with interesting after breakfast discussions. Returning every few years is like returning home, always very welcoming...and they like dogs!

Ideal base for visiting the local wineries, Rooms very private. Jim and Gudrum are great hosts, a different breakfast each morning. Peaceful and relaxing. A place to return to.Best arrangement is the three night stay.

It is a wonderful place! The room (two altogether) faces a huge garden, full of fruits and vegetables the guests are allowed to pick/eat. Jim and Gudrun, the two hosts, are wonderful people, who did and do travel a lot and have great stories to tell about that and their life. We enjoyed our stay a lot and would second... More

What a wonderful place to stay! With lovely hosts, delicious and fresh breakfast and an incredible location, it's no wonder my family and I stay here every summer. Right in the middle of wine country, Gudrun and Jim serve up an unforgettable time at their picturesque and homey property. A must-stay in Oliver, BC!

We book in for three or four nights every summer. It's a great little place. They have a discount rate for multiple nights. There's a couple of wineries within walking distance. We don't even move the car.
