We have just come back from a weeks holiday at this hotel. When we arrived we were sent to a room that had a toilet that didn't flush handle hanging off patio door skirting hanging off wall pool view was looking on to an empty pool with cockroaches. We was moved to top floor where room was slightly better but... More

My husband and I arrived home yesterday from staying at the Forum Beach Hotel and we went there with low expectations of the hotel from reading previous guest reviews...our expectations were not raised! Everything has been said before by previous reviewers and so we just laughed off most things and spent as little time as possible at the hotel. First... More

We arrived at 0100, and were given apt 817 it was smelly a cross between stagnant water and stale cigarette smoke. There was only 1 cup, the kettle didn't work, there was no remote control for tv and missing curtain hooks so the curtains were just 'hanging'. The bath had a gap of one and a half inches from the... We went to the forum in late april and paid £250 via a half-price groupon deal. It was ok for that price, but if we’d paid full-price I would have been very unhappy. It’s not dreadful, just dated (which they can’t help) and poorly maintained (which they can) - it would be so easy to wipe down the sun loungers... More

A friend booked a couple of rooms for 6 of us (all guys) to have a week long stay at the Forum Beach Hotel and having had no input in the destination I was far from convinced that the £330 budget would stretch that far. Even so, for an all-inclusive deal I was surprised to find that if we wanted... More

Nadia on reception was excellent, always friendly and helpfull, god knows how she deals with some of the guests. Our room was spotless and everything worked when it was supposed to,we... More

My boyfriend and I just returned from staying here a week ago. We both felt quite strongly that we should write a review as we were severely disappointed with the hotel. We brought a £249 Groupon deal for this holiday and thought we had got ourselves a bargain, expecting 4* european standard. The price says it all really. I would... More

We were bitterly disappointed with this hotel, we were so looking forward to a lovely 4 stars hotel, i think its lucky if it got rated at 3 stars. The rooms were clean but basic, we went beginning of April and in the evening the temperature took a huge drop, therefore our rooms were extremely cold.We was told that we... More

Very clean spacious rooms overlooking the pool with balcony, beds very comfortable, we went all inclusive with a groupon deal in April for 1 week were surprised with level of service cleanliness and greeted every morning and evening with a beautiful smile and enquiries about our day, the food was good and varied and plentiful and most diets catered for,...
