I was last year in Rhodes and we spend to lovely weeks at Forum Beach hotel. I spend most of my vacations on the pool area, drinking, eating, swimming, sunbathing and dancing ..... :) It is a nice hotel, big confortable apartments, good smiling staff, great food, animation and all inclusive.
