Our stay at Villa Philothera was wonderful! You could not ask for nicer hosts (Joanna and Fotis); they made us feel like we were staying with family or friends. Fotis picked us up at the airport and returned us there at the end of our (way-too-short) stay. He also arranged a rental car for us and Joanna went the 'extra mile' in cleaning our rooms and making us feel like guests in her home instead of her hotel/hostel. This was the second time my daughter stayed at Villa Philothera, and the rest of the group (myself, two of my sisters and one niece) can't wait to return for our second stay! Our rooms were huge and the beds were very comfortable; the location in Parissa was great - only a few blocks to the beach in one direction, and the store, bakery, more restaurants and laundry mat in the other direction. I would recommend this place to anyone - singles, couples, families, seniors, etc. We booked through hostelword.com on the recommendation of my daughter.
