the hotel did kindly send mail after booking, to say that they willing to pick up, but when we wrote 3 times to inform the boat arriving time, never got any reply, after arrival we called the telphone numbers which showing on the booking websit, nobody picks up and finally all of them gave sounds of fax machine. the location...
