The staff is very friendly. However, room was very old and defintely not 5 stars. Service is slow but very friendly. In the night (ie 1am till 2am) it was very noisy since there was a wedding party (?). Prices for food are 6 stars, food quality about 4 stars. In general, we will not come back. More

I love this hotel. It provides truly gracious, prompt and friendly service (and that definitely seems to be a part of the hotel's culture, as its pretty uniform amongst all the staff).
