Despite the title of this review, this is a clean and well run establishment. It is a shame the hotel "residents lounge" was not available. Breakfast was good and freshly cooked but the "eating room" lacked atmosphere. It is beautifully situated with a pleasant rural surrounding. We would visit again, if in the area.
