Stayed there one Friday evening end of May 2009, bedroom was smelly, but was moved to another room which was slightly better, bathroom all black mould and shower crap! Breakfast in morning was rather disgusting to say the least, burnt to a cinder. Unless you are absolutely skint and desperate, then please stay away! more

We were in Holbeach to visit family and needed somewhere which was value for money. We were greeted by friendly and helpful staff and throughout our stay nothing was too much trouble. Bad: In this hot English Summer, we were given a room with only a small opening window that meant that no air could get into the room, so it was stifling hot.
