A nice quiet house with enough space for two. The entrance way is a dirt road, not easy to drive on with a luxury car. Lake Martignano near the house is a perfect place to end the day after for example visiting Rome. Rome is just 40 minutes by car away, although it might be a better idea to use...

It's not a hotel but an "agriturismo". There are four little appartments (ground floor) in an old barn. It's all part of a farm situated at the Lago Martignano. There is also a little camping site.
We went there in the summer of 2008 and 2009. We are a family of 5: Mom, dad, 3 boys aged 11 and (twins)...

I am a satisfied costumer of this farm since a couple of years
I discovered the agriturismo when I need to relif Rome's umid hot in the summer. I personally find the sea and the beaches near to rome really awfull... crowded ... dirty .... so I started testing alternatives.
