Best accomodation, Fantastic Staff , Clean ,Good kitchen with all utensils,Good Ski In and Out . We were a group of 40 people and everyone had a great time. This will be the 3rd trip with our families. They all love the Swimming pool, Steam, Sauna, Jacussi facilities. Problem only for beginners-- they could not use the Ski IN/Out facilities... More

We travelled with Neilsen, and this was our first holiday with them. The Monsolieil apartments are well set up and furnished and made for a very comfortable and relaxing week. We were travelling with our 2 children aged 5 and 7 and this was their first experience of a Ski Holiday, so we were keen for everything to be right... More

What a great hotel in a great ski area - I've been to many different resorts both in the Alps and over in Andorra and can safely say that this accomodation is by far the best I've experienced. The apartment was well set out (lounge, kitchenette, bedroom, bathroom & balcony) and even included a fireplace in the lounge area for... More

Arrived at just gone one o clock and were given the room key so by two we were on the slopes after buying an afternoon ski pass. It has to be the best place to stay in the grand massif area, fantastic appartments, loads of good ski runs and as always a home from home for us as a family.... More

There are plenty of reviews of this hotel, so I shall brief. I like this hotel, but there are a few things to discuss. 1st - the ski-in, ski-out. This is a problem, particularly on the way in. The ski lockers are all on piste level, so walk out the back door and you can, in theory ski away. In... More

We loved our room, although having a shiny wooden staircase in the apartment was not the best idea, our kids would fall down the stairs on an almost daily basis. The skiing of Flaine is fab and we booked the hotel as it was supposed to be 'ski in - ski out', which it is. Yet not if you have... More

Let’s get this out of the way : Flaine is about as ugly as a city in the mountains. Everyhing is built out in concrete buildings of 4 to 8 stories tall; there are no chalets, nothing charming. Luckily, this residence is not in Flaine, and it’s quite nicely built with lots of character and warmth (wood). Therein also lays... More

Four of us stayed in one of the apartments with 2 bedrooms on week of 25 February 2012. The apartment was really well kitted out, the beds comfortable and there was loads of space - not sure how it would be in one of the smaller rooms. They've obviously listened to feedback because there's no large deposit any more -... More

Feb half term. 2 adults, 2 teenage kids. I can see why some rave about this place. Compared to most French rabbit hutch accommodation, it is nore spacious. Rooms are showing age - all our cupboard shelves fell down because the side was coming away from the back of the unit, repair man gave it a kick, but didn't fix... More

Our 3rd visit to Flaine but first to Montsoleil. Flaine is a great resort for beginners and intermediates - very family friendly and plenty of different blues and reds. Montsoleil is just out side the main resort. It's a short walk down the hill to the shops and restaurants but the free taxi service at night is very quick and... More
