This hotel is very nice for those who like stylish boutique hotels. However, I cannot recommend the standard room (without terrace) as the window is located towards the driveway to the hotel. Staff very nice, terrace, pool and garden excellent and very well maintained. The hotel is located outside of Forcalquier, so you would absolutely want to come by car/bike... More

This well designed hotel/resort complex comprises rooms, villas, a pool, a restaurant and a wonderful terrace with a beautiful view. The complex doesn't entirely blend into the countryside but it's well landscaped, tidy, comfortable and calm. Very kind and enthusiastic service. Good food at the restaurant. More

We were given a family room with an extra bed and a cot to accomodate our family of 6. Often family rooms can be a bit grubby due to extra wear and tear but not in this case. The room was modern and spotlessly clean. The three beds for the older children were up on a mezzanine (which they all... More

There were 33 of us, age 3 to 70, and we all loved this hotel. Staff were particluarly helpful in dealing with Air France and delayed luggage. They also helped out with some laundry. We stayed in all kinds of accommodation, ranging from basic rooms to prestige rooms, from apartments to villas. All were beautifully appointed. Would return in a... More

The Saint-Georges is very nicely set in bungalows dotted around the immaculate gardens which overook the Luberon hills in the distance. I took a more expensive superior room whose patio, unlike the standard rooms, is covered and quite secluded. And it was very pleasant: spacious and tastefully decorated. Alas the hotel lets itself down in a few aspects. In the... More

We stayed on the first and last night of a cycling trip with Inntravel (an excellent tour overall). We raced to get back to this hotel on our last day. On our first night there was a large family party in the hotel and we were put in a lovely 2 bedroomed bungalow in the grounds. Our last night was... More

We stayed at the Bastide Saint Georges for a few days in October and very much enjoyed our stay. The rooms were very modern and furnished to a high standard. The heated pool was a delight for our children who would spend any free time enjoying the sun. The spa was an added extra with the hot tub great to... More

After reading the reviews & viewing the photos at the hotels web site, we thought this would be a nice place for a romantic break. Unfortunately it was nothing special at all, and a bit too noisy. The room was well decorated, clean, and the bed comfortable, however staff apparently never noticed that the shower head was partly blocked, its... More

My husband, 4 year old son and I stayed at this hotel for 5 nights. It was our first time here at this hotel and we were very pleased with the accommodations. We had the Eleanore room which is supposedly one of the newer ones and it had very elegant appointments and a very spacious bathroom, plus a large covered... More

Lovely setting, great terrace, rooms spread around like a motel, and our room was unfinished with wires hanging out of the bathroom light. Unpainted MDF shelving in alcove with curtain in front. Comnfortable bed, pillows and good bedding. Pool ok, but heated in June and far too warm, - as agreed by all who used it. Staff very laid back,... More
