Best location, quiet and close to pier to Nangyuan island. Breakfast is good but would like hotel to have bacon for breakfast. Room is clean with big bathroom Kingbed is very big. The only thing was we were waiting for cleaning room until 03:00 pm but it didn't make us in trouble.

Excellent hotel with very good service (golf, pool , spa etc.) and professional handling. 2 very good Thai restaurants in walking distance but a littlebit far from Chumphon City centre (Paknam Chumphon) which is difficult to reach without own car.

great hotel, have stayed many times, beds are huge, staff are lovely BUT kids club and pool bar have NEVER been open all the times we have stayed there. Breakfast is not good either and hasnt changed in over 4 years.

Hotel is in line with the expectation of Novotel. Good and clean rooms, somewhat trendy, stylish and basic at the same time. Pools are very nice and the location is ok. Several restaurants and activities in the vicinity. Corridors (outside) were very smelly!!
