We have just returned from this hotel having had a very pleasent stay, however, there are a few things that let it down from the 5 star as advertised. There is no official bar in the evenings. The hotel is situated in a new development area of Ayamonte, called Isla Canela. The Vincci Canela is quite a smart hotel set on an immaculate golf course. Unfortunately that golf course is set about 500 metres from a busy road along a part of coastline that's getting more and more built up. It would be ok for a stag weekend or a couple of days focussed around golf but not a lot more.... more
