We visited in the month of spring, took a crazy 130am ferry from Bodoe to Moskenes to arrive in Reine early in the morning. Reine Rorbuer is very conveniently located in the small village, with a small extension that faces the fjords. Majestic views in the evening. Our Rorbuer was the one next to the police station we think, the... More

We drove from Svolvaer after a trip from Tromso on the Hurtigruten. It snowed very heavily and we were so glad we did not drive all the way as originally planned!! When we got to Reine the Rorbuer were clearly marked and our key to 'Kuntze' was left for us in the key box as arranged. There was a note... More

The rorbuer (Nr 13, Reidun) was cozy and comfortable with a well equiped kitchen. However the bathroom was very tiny, there wasn't even space to put the toothbrush somewhere. The location of the rorbuer are fantastic and beautiful. It's perfect for the hike to Reinebringen, Trips to Å, the Reinefjord and the beaches near Ramberg. There is a bus station... More

The Rorbu are very traditionnal, with old wood. Several are located directly above the water which is very nice and offer a great view on the water and the mountains. The Rorbus are directly next to the "center", with the convenience store, the gas station and the activity desks all situated 50 meters from one another. The rorbu are not... More

Our room was named Jesper. Very nice view and a double bed (rare in the Lofoten Rorbuer), decorated nicely enven if with Ikea. Only issue of that room was that there is another room upstairs which brings some noise. More

The best part of our trip to Norway was our stay in Reine at Reine Rorbuer. The cottage was facing the harbor and the mountains. It was immaculate and very well equipped (although we didn't do much cooking.) Our cottage had a large living/dining/kitchen with great views and two bedrooms - a real luxury of space after several days on... More

We loved the cottage named Liv. Nice and calm location, with excellent view of the fjord and mountains. Most of the cottage is newly renovated, nice living room with sea/mountain view, bathroom brand new and two bedrooms upstairs. Steep staircase to the bedrooms. Reine is a very nice small place, with restaurant, cafe, flowershop and blacksmith(!). One hour round trip... More

We stayed there for three nights and after traveling around in other villages in Lofoten, I would say Reine is one of the best places to stay, and this Rorbuer the best option in Reine and in Lofoten. Stunning location, very well equipped bedrooms, comfort beds, nice bathroom and shower, Good taste decoration and even we didn't get a rorbu... More

The Reine Rorbuer stood out as our best stop on a three week vacation in Norway. Absolutely amazing property. Beautiful little rorbu cabins, well furnished and quiet and as charming as could be. A great restaurant on premises, very good quality food and service. And the most beautiful location and setting. Reine was a great base for us spending a... More

This place is under rated!!! Great place to stay with a family or couple. Stayed in cabin 38 which had been renovated two years ago. Both downstairs bedrooms had a full bath and private loft bedroom had a half bath downstairs. Comfortable beds, white fluffy towels, plenty of shampoo. The whole place was immaculate; you really could have eaten off... More
