Jammee's is a great guesthouse. The location, a little walk out of town, makes that it is very quiet. The views from the rooms are great. Furthermore, rooms are big, beds comfortable and breakfast good (although a bit slow at times). The owner of the guesthouse is very friendly and helpfull. More

This is a high-end budget / low-end mid-range accomodation at a budget price. We stayed in the family room with two king sized beds, hot shower, and air con for 120,000 kip per night - about $15 dollars.
