Pros: Inset from street so it's really quiet. Room is large with nice balcony. Friendly white horse and laundry on premises. Easy parking. Average to reasonable price for being so close to Zion. Bumbleberry accomodated us at the last minute after another hotel bungled our reservation. Decent, clean cheap place to stay. Floors creak when you walk on them- stay on upper floors. Very pleasant. Great location. Rooms could have a bit cleaner - carpets were spotted and dirty. Great views (of parts of Zion Nat'l Park) from both the front & back. Very convenient to park shuttle. On property restaurant was great. more

My family and I stayed here for 1 day and wish we had stayed for a few more. Always ask for a second floor room facing the mountains because the view is absolutely stunning.
