I was at the Hotel with my husband and we had a very nice experience, an unforgetable one. Everything about this hotel was very well planned. All the plants, animals, beach, rooms, view deserve the best grade possible. You will have a lot to do at the hotel and around it. I would recommend this hotel at any time. more

The oustside of this place is very nice sorrounded with trees, flowers and two pools, a lagoon, and step away from the public beach with a beautiful sunsets every night. For sure it makes you feel like you're in a tropical place. That's the only good part..! They put us on the oldest tower there,(view is not bad from tower).... more

I stayed here for a conference, along with family and friends. We all loved the hotel, and the staff for the most part were very friendly and accommodating. HOWEVER, I could not believe then, and still can't, that they only allowed us ONE coffee packet per day in the room! Several of us are coffee junkies and this was atrocious.... more

We stayed at the "village" (a good word for this as there are so many people). There was never a time that people were not streaming into this resort of some 3300 total rooms. The pools were limited in seating - if you like going to the mall at christmas and waiting for a parking space then you will enjoy... more

The hotel grounds are beautifully laid out with duck ponds and even penguins, and it is wonderful to be able to just walk out to the Waikiki beach for sunrise and sunset. The beach is of course public, like all the beaches in Hawaii, but it is nice to have it at your doorstep. The front desk staff were friendly.... more
