I had a horrible experience this past weekend at Hotel Viking, I got a room without a window! I didn't think this would be possible in a hotel of this high standard. This is a great hotel, have stayed here many times. Staff is friendly and helpful, decor is lovely, common areas comfortable. When I did the name your own price with priceline for a $100 I was surprised they took the bid considering rooms can start there for at least $250. The room was just OK - miles of corridors to get to it, old furniture past its best, poor lighting in corridors made it look more dingy that necessary.
