Beautifull historical Inn steps from Banister Wharf and Newport waterfront district. Bedroom had full bathroom, fireplace, moldings, oriental rugs and period furniture. This hotel / B&B without the breakfast has a lot of potential. It is presently SLOWLY undergoing renovation. I get the impression that the owner is lacking the necessary funds to make this a really nice place. Examples, rooms are not properly furnished or cleaned.
