This historic inn is in a great location in Newport, RI and a very good price. However, there is a lot left to be desired: breakfast buffet very skimpy, nothing except water or tea offered all day, very cluttered ambiance -- feels dusty.

Gracious hosts who are happy to give you helpful hint on directions ect. Delicious home made breakfast, fantastic views, I would come for the porch alone. And a sustained pleasant dialogue with the the host who have a multitude of experience.
