We came into Flagstaff on the Amtrak train and needed a place to stay for the night before our drive home to Prescott Valley. The Radisson sent a cab (that they paid for) to pick us up at the train station to bring us to the hotel at 10:15pm. Check-in was a breeze, the front desk person was efficient and... More

My husband and I stayed here for one night following a drive from Scottsdale. We were excited to stay here as it was a much welcomed break from our drive. This Radisson property has both positives and negatives. The positives: Very comfortable beds, attractive lobby/check-in area, an abundance of tourism brochures are provided in the lobby, good choices at the... More

After a long day of driving and calling ahead to make sure our room was ready we checked in at the hotel and were given a room key. We walked in noticed that perhaps someone had been in the room but that everything seemed normal otherwise. Upon laying on the bed exhausted, a man enters the room bags and all... More

First on behalf of our Front Office team we'd like to apologize for your recent experience. It's unfortunate (and embarassing) that a room we had preblocked got checked-in in error. No one likes to make a mistake like this -- and we are so very sorry that you felt uncomfortable. In addition, on behalf of myself (Mike Gilbert, Front Office... More

Got in around 8:30pm, too dark to see scenery, but staff was pleasant and room was nice. Large hot tub and spacious workout room. Sleep number bed is nice! Great staff and service! Would recommend this place to anyone More

We stayed at the Radisson Woodlands for 3 nights in January 2012 and it is a very clean and comfortable hotel. Well equipped and quiet rooms with sleep number beds. Nice hotel bar which is very reasonably priced. Make sure you visit the Japanese Teppanyaki - great food with all the added 'theatre'! Nice whirlpool, open until 11pm. Lot of... More

Thank you for taking the time to post your review. We appreciate the feedback and are pleased that you enjoyed our location close to everything in Flagstaff. We'll chat with that 'grumpy' guest service representative regarding check-out... even if it is 8am... we don't want grumpy faces in our hotel! Thanks again for your recommendation. More

I got a really great deal through Priceline on this hotel. The staff at the front desk were more than excellent. They were friendly, helpful, and courteous. The rooms were also kept well cleaned. The problem was everything else. The lounge and restaurant located in the hotel lobby were above average but a bit pricey for the quantity of food... More

Wow.. after a great first impression (always our goal)... it sounds like we 'dropped the ball' during your visit. We are disappointed as well... this is definitely not our standard of service. We are surprised about the TV, as these are new flatscreens with satellite programming... needless to say we'll address this ASAP. On note about noise -- noise is... More

My family and I stayed here for three nights over the holidays. I booked it through Hotwire. I have a frequent stay card. I know you can't get points for the room because of booking from Hotwire, but I didn't know they will not give you points for the restaurant bills. Unfortunately, we ran up a large amount in the... We want to thank you for taking the time to post your review. You are correct, we only give points for room reservations when guests book directly through our hotel. However, you SHOULD have received points for your restaurant bills. Guests need to bring the bill to the front desk in order to process the points. We sincerely apologize for... More

We obviously 'dropped the ball' during your recent stay. On behalf of our entire team we'd like to apologize. We have been working on increasing our services and amenities in order to not only meet guest expectations... but to exceed them. (For example the installation of our new HD flatscreens and premium satellite channels). We have many new upgrades planned... More

We stayed at the Radisson Woodlands for one night on the way to the Grand Canyon. If you're coming from the north, it can be a little bit difficult finding the hotel, which is located on Historic Route 66. The hotel is very classy and nicely-designed. It was also nicely and abundantly decorated for the holidays - you didn't think... More

So pleased you enjoyed your stay and took advantage of all of our amenities and the area. We certainly do have guestrooms with Traditional Mattresses, so please feel fre to ask upon checkin to request a Traditional Mattress if that makes your stay more comfortable. Thank you again for the recommendation and we look forward to your next visit. More

Every employee I came into contact with treated me very well. They were friendly and helpful. I really like the Teppinyaki (sp?). I have had to go up there several times this year and the experience has been consistent. Very comfortable atmosphere. More
