We enjoyed our stay at this hotel after a long day of traveling with child. The sliding glass door to the pool was a refreshing treat. It is close to the freeway, yet well lit and safe. It is centrally located, close to the university convention center and only 90 mins to the grand canyon. The staff were friendly and... More

This place was a joke. The air conditioning was broken & we were not informed of this when we checked in. After going to bed & sweating we called the front desk & ask for a fan. One of the beds were broken and some of the electrical outlets didn't work. Continental breakfast was nothing to write home about. More

We stayed here on our way home from a family trip to the Grand Canyon. Terrible! The "suite" was just two adjoining dirty rooms. It was stifling hot and the thermistat was broken! Looked like it hadn't been cleaned in years! My kids hated it sooo much they begged us to let them sleep in the car! That's how bad... More

My husband & I stayed here for two nights, 5/30 & 5/31 of 2011. We were in room 115 which was a first floor room. The staff was absolutely wonderful. Mike at the front desk was exceptional and overall nothing could be improved with the housekeepers or the front desk staff. Our room was good. It was clean. No sign... More

Plenty of truck parking, they’ll give me the coupon rate. When I check out the room, first I’m impressed and then … It sounds like the fridge is really loud, so I go over to unplug it and find out it’s a construction crew outside my window doing improvements in the pool area. And this room has a deck overlooking... More

If you can look past the bad, it's not so bad. Here's the bad, for us: * outside is pretty dumpy. * hotel inside is smelly * some lights didn't work, nor did the tv remote. * room door was pre-opened before we got to the room. * chairs and table were about to fall apart Bed was comfy and... More

We traveled by vehicle all the way from Atlanta to Flagstaff; arriving about 7:30 am. I checked in with a coupon I had found at one of the rest areas, which greatly reduced the rate. My husband and I went to the room only to find the carpet was gooey (yeah that is best way I can describe the film... More

We came up to Flagstaff for a quick trip away from the hot sun of Phoenix. This hotel is just a hotel. Nothing fancy or over the top. When visiting Flagstaff there are a few things to remember. Pretty much no matter where you stay you are close to the train tracks or a freeway. There are 2 sets of... More

We booked this via its website for one stay after visiting the grand canyon. When we actually drove there and realised how close it was to the highway we regreted it. Very noisy as it backed on to the highway. Service was average, they didnt really explain where the room was so we had a little bit of difficulty finding... More
