We booked at the last minute as we had a change in plans and got a good rate with AAA. We wanted to go to Grand Canyon Nat. Park. The places near the park are much more expensive. The drive in April was fine as there wasn't much traffic. The room was very clean and breakfast was better than average.... More

I was given a discount and later found out why. I was booked in the older area of the hotel. No elevator so we had to drag luggage up the hotels inner steps. Room was a bit confusing to find and was small and a little dingy. Very dated. Not what I expect from a Best Western. I assumed the... More

Stayed for one night while on a week long Harley trip. Rooms were clean and spacious. Nice staff too. A/C was real noisy. Beds comfy. Nice little brekfast in the AM. Even had covered area to park motorcycles. Will stay with them again More

This place is a little dated, but clean and comfortable. Great bed, good rate for a suite. Noise from the trains was negligible. Decent breakfast, would stay again. More

This hotel is located about 2 miles east of downtown on old Route 66. It's across the street from the busy railroad tracks, but surprisingly there's not much train noise--especially if you get a room in the back. The rooms have all the usual features. The front desk staff is very friendly and helpful and there's a large well appointed... More

Thank you for your review. Flagstaff is a nice alternative to Williams, Sedona, and Tusayan near the entrance to the Grand Canyon. Scott Grams General Manager More

We spent two nights here while traveling in the area. Just an hour away from the south rim of Grand Canyon, and less than that to Sedona. Also good sightseeing and nature walks nearby such as sunset crater volcano. The hotel was nice and cosy, comfortable to sleep in. Price was fair although more economic options are available, breakfast was... More

Thank you for your review. You are correct that we do not have an elevator and by all means guests should make requests to fit thier needs. Some guests prefer upstairs rooms so as not to have anyone walk above them, some prefer first floor rooms to avoid the stairs. Some guest like rooms up near the front of the... More

I paid about $77 for a room with two queen beds. Overall the room was clean and the breakfast very good (maybe more fresh fruit... but great overall array). The beds sheets were clean but there was a pervailing scent of urine in mattress. Very thin walls so you can hear people passing through hallways. Great staff... they work hard... More

Great place, pool was warm and hot tub was expecially good after a day at the Grand Canyon. Tracy was just perfect. We had to cancel earlier resv due to snow covered roads, when we finally got to go she honored our on line price.Flagstaff is a great town and we look forward to staying again. More

...but I do not know if I can. I have stayed at dozens of different hotels, the majority Best Westerns, and this has to be the smallest rooms I've seen to date. I won't say it is poor, because the room was adequate, and my nights sleep was great. Standard Queen bed rooms w/o the fridge and microwave. Everything else... More

Thank you for your review. We do have 15 of the smaller rooms which feature one queen bed. They are about 2/3rds the size of a room with two queen beds, and they are priced accordingly. Flagstaff has many hotels and we are priced competitively with other hotels with similar offerings. Scott Grams General Manager More
