This property is about 30 minutes walk from Flagstaff town centre. Price was quite good and rooms were big. Housekeeping was a joke - in about a week my room was made twice! towels were replaced daily thats about it. The bedding had holes and rips all over and was very run down. Bed felt like it needed a new... More

We stayed here in early April 2012. The room was clean, bed was firm, room had mini-fridge, microwave, TV. It was quiet and there were no bed bugs. We had a good night's sleep and a nice warm shower in the morning. I would recommend it. More

You can't expect a 5-star hotel for $30 a night. This place was a great price, was clean and smelled good. It is pretty old so the water pressure wasn't great but otherwise the room was perfect. Everything worked, including the outlets. The parking area is well lit so I felt safe leaving a car full of my belongings there. More

Appauling hotel, dirty, nasty smell, very thin walls - could hear everything from the room above, rubbish left in bins, room not cleaned, and bed bugs! Plenty of other better hotels nearby to stay in rather than this one. More

I just wanted to say THANK YOU to the wonderful staff at the Flagstaff Inn. My husband and I were doing our annual mini vacation to Flagstaff and decided to try a new hotel. It was clean, the front desk was very friendly and helpful, and even though we didnt eat the food- it smelled delicious! The grounds were clean... More

My family and I stayed here for 3 nights. We were travelling on a very limited budget so this motel seemed like our best bet. The room was very clean and the office staff was friendly. It is an old hotel, and isn't really updated - they still have keyed locks on the doors. I would stay there again if... More

Receptionist was very friendly, hotel needs a little work. Ok for the night as we were tiered, but nothing special. Breakfast was basic. More

Rude nasty front desk person. Wrote my credit card number down in a piece of paper. Asked her what she would do when she was through with it she said : "Throw it away". When I challanged her on that she said she would shred it, but I really don't think she did. Then she asked for my driver license... More

staff people very friendly and helpful. but dispite hotel being listed as pet friendly we were quized about our dogs, size, etc. definitely would not recomend for people traveling with pets. then we were told they didn't have any pet rooms but would make an exception and let us stay in regular rooms. the cost is $10/per pet/night. rooms were... When most people envision cheap motels, they assume they will have to sacrifafce a few commodities. Not here. Everything was impeccable, clean, and neat. The room smelled fresh, and the bathrooms were remodeled and looked pristine and brand new. For the price, there is not a better stay in flagstaff. You will not be sacrificing anything. Free High speed internet.... More
