We have stayed at this hotel a number of times and always found it extremely clean and comfortable. the staff is friendly and hospitable. The convenience of breakfast is great, too. I want one of the mattresses for my house.

The hotel is very close to everything, clean, & the employees are very nice. But, if you get an adjoining room, beware of the people next to it. For 200$ a night I wouldn't want to hear someone watching tv or yelling at her husband. Other then that we had a great stay!

This is one of the nicest Hilton properties we've ever stayed in. The pool was huge and had real wicker patio furniture. We enjoyed the jacuzzi, and wished more hotels would have them. When visiting the Unversity of Scranton you can save a bit of money by staying at the Hampton at Montage Mt just a few miles away. No extra charge for parking and free breakfast as well. Also close to restaurants and shopping.

Overall the Hotel and my stay were excellent except for a few minor incidents. One elevator was in need of repair and shut down, making waiting time longer. The Hampton Inn is very conveniently located and close to all attractions in the Scranton area. It's an easy exit from the interstate and just minutes to the Mall at Steamtown, the shops in Moosic and the universities. The staff was very courteous and helpful and I enjoyed the complimentary breakfast. Coffee and tea is available 24/7.
