I've been visiting Skyland (and Big Meadows) for more than 40 years. I appreciate the rustic mountain lodges, nightly acoustic entertainment, decent food at a reasonable price and spectacular views. Skyland is a great place to go to get away, reflect and 'recharge my batteries'. The kids love it there also! More

We arrived on a chilly rainy-foggy morning. The fog rolled away revealing brilliant yellow, red and rust foliage. What an amazing sight! The room was slightly rustic but everything was clean and comfortable. We loved everything about the cabins and resort restraunt!! More
