Even they had to improvise due to the fact that the lobby had burned down, was this a very good place to stay. Clean rooms with a view to the river, friendly service and good breakfast. More

We stayed here for one night in January 2012. The hotel is in a great location if you're looking to visit the Sequoia National Park as the park entrance is a short drive away. The room was clean and spacious. The buffet breakfast was great with a variety of options. The thing that impressed us most about this motel was... More

The room was good and quite big and there was a nice terrace but the bedroom very clean... There was hair all over the blankets! Breakfast was average but there was a nice waffle machine so hot self made waffles every morning. The staff was nice and helped us out when we had a flat tyre. The Position is very... More

Our fanily including two children (aged 6 & 9) stayed here in October 2011. The room was spacious and included three double beds, one of which was in a seperate room. It was the first time on our month loing holiday to America that our boys did not have to share a bed. The breakfast was great and motel just... More

The hotel was not bad: there were no bedbugs as reported in previous reviews (first thing I checked when I arrived), the room was not dirty, it was relatively cheap and is not far from the Sequoia Nat'l Park but several things should be improved: our shower did not work (the water flow was rather poor), there was no hot... In August, I stayed at Western Holiday Lodge in Three Rivers, CA. This was a Holiday Inn so not much has changed except it is now owned by Magnuson Hotels. It's has a two story and one story building. Rooms are large. I stayed on the 2nd floor (may not of had an elevator). My room had a electric fireplace,... More

We booked this hotel for a 3 day stay because AAA rated it. It has a pool, playground (a single swing and tether ball), BBQ (not well maintained), kitchenette's (a small refrigerator with a microwave sitting ontop). Checking in we saw the pool, which was crystal clear and would have been inviting if it had been heated. Apparently there was... More

Picked this hotel because it wasn't expensive and close to the Sequoia Parc. Room was quite big and ok. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Breakfast room was very small due to a recent fire but should be ok soon. Internet only worked outside room. More

We ended up staying at this hotel because our other arrangements turned out to have been misrepresented (it was quite a trip!). While we were pleased they could accommodate us (two rooms for two small children and three adults), that was the only pleasant thing about our stay. We were in the area during a hot time (over 90 each... More
