The customer service was unbelievable. The valet was excellent, the concierage was top notch. The front desk service was terrific. This is my new favorite hotel. And the lounge with the leather chairs and live music was most comfortable. more

Very disappointed in our stay. Terrible room - dark, dismal, pigeon poop all over the balcony that was as big as a small closet.....Front desk help was not helpful when I requested a room change. Not true I say to the person who is dissing this hotel! We were there the same weekend and it was lovely! It is quaint and charming and not dark but cozy, intimate ambience.
