The hotel is comfortable yet very nice and charming. The staff was helpful and pleasant. The food was fabulous and the conference accomodations were excellent. I would recommend it for conferences or a romantic weekend! It is in the heart of the Santa Fe plaza and the shopping area is fabulous. The area also has lots of great restaurants. more

Nice hotel perfect location, you can't get any closer to the downtown area in a big hotel. We had the conference rate which was perfect. Pricey if you don't have a special rate. Stayed at the El Dorado 5 nights for a business conference. Making reservations was easy; registered as a Preferred Member (affinity program). Was supposed to get an upgrade and free internet. I'll never figure out why a room can cost $250.00 and the valet is another $18.00. Like the title says, nothing really that right or wrong with the place, its just seemed expensive for the standard room we got. It's location location location. more

Excellent hotel located 2 blocks from the Old Town square. Excellent staff, clean and quiet rooms. Valet parking although there is a public garage within walking distance. 4 star dining in the hotel that is a little pricey but the food was very good and the service was excellent. I found that for the price of a premium hotel certain amenities were lacking.wireless 10.00 a day, local calls extra, phone didnt work properly, t v had to be fixed,valet parking 18.00 per day and when I did get my car on departure it was covered in bird crap more

We were warmly greeted from the time we arrived. Check in was easy and we were offered bottled water and apples upon our arrival. The room was nice with a large couch and seating area. The bell staff was so friendly and helpful. more
