We stayed for 4 nights in the Front Garden Room during April. It was quiet and cozy, with a warm fire. We enjoyed the steam shower and other amenities like fridge, mircrowave, coffee machine, plates, glasses, and utensils. The breakfast Alan made every morning was delicious, with fruit to start and eggs or french toast or pancakes; everything was fresh!!!... More

I stayed in Tola's Favorite room, it was clean and comfortable. The steam room was relaxing but the kitchen area needs some updating. The courtyard was a great space to hang out and read. The negative reviews I read were from last year, before it was under new management. Alan was a great host, easy to talk to and he... More

My mother, aunt and I stayed in the Upper Room East (the one with the toilet in the shower/steam room) for 5 days and had a wonderful experience. The new property manager, Alan, is an excellent host and wonderful breakfast chef. The room was clean and well stocked with plenty of towels. The rate, for 4+ days, is excellent for... More

Casa Pacifica is quaint, quiet, charming and extremely close to all the best things in Santa Fe including the Rail Yard, farmers market, the old town square and many great restaurants. We stayed in the 'guest house' which was a quiet and spacious unit tucked away in the far back corner of the spread. The gas burning fireplace in the... More

Casa Pacifica is within walking distance of great food and some attractions. Breakfasts were very good. I'm used to better accomodations when I pay "B & B" prices. There are some easy improvements to make this a better place for visitors. 1) Accept credit cards, and give refunds promptly 2) Rooms need screened ventilation. 3) Maintain/empty swamp coolers on a... Beware of the latest advertising for rooms at half-price! It is totally false advertising. The rooms should be priced at or below half price! We didn't even stay one night. Room was in terrible shape. And of course, we were not able to get our deposit of $287.50 back. I think it's pretty sly that Linda asks for a check... More

Linda, your hostess, runs a great B&B, with nicely furnished suites, and offers a superb breakfast. Luxury touches in our suite (Tola's Favourite - also in most others) included a steam room, which eased the aches after a day's sightseeing. The Second Street Bewery restaurant at the Railyard is two blocks along the street and a great place to eat... More

Paid a deposit of $287.50 but room did not match internet expectations- musty, poorly lit, toilet spatially restricted. Did not stay, asked for refund but owner, Linda, refused and verbally abused us saying: Jesus Christ, this is not Podunk Texas, and my internet ad says big butts need not apply for this room. She said if I thought I could... More

Get agreements in writing. We offered to check out the morning after we arrived because Linda said our dogs were barking while we were gone for a couple of hours. She agreed to refund 1/2 our money by sending a check. She later refused to send the refund and denied agreeing to it. After a number of emails, ours direct... More

Casa Pacifica is located in the railway district in Santa Fe. This area has art galleries and restaurants that are one block away from the B&B. On Saturday and Tuesday a huge farmers market is held one block away from the B&B. Because of its location on a main street the B&B is easy to locate. The B&B has a... More
