We took the Old Santa Fe Inn as part of a travel package, and were very pleased with this place. Location was very good - a short walk to the Plaza. Our first impression of the lobby was that this hotel was not kept up as well as it could have been..we had heavy luggage and were told that our suite was on the second floor..no offer of carrying the bags up and both travelers were on the elderly side...the suite was very nice but not exceptional for the price..it was... more

Great place! The location was perfect--a few short blocks from the Plaza--and the room was even better than we expected. It was great to be able to leave our car in the (free) parking lot, and walk all over town at any time of the day or night. We had a corner room with a queen bed and a fireplace.... more

Stayed 2 weeks in October 2009. Great location, service and staff. Free breakfast is better than most. Wifi and in-lobby computers. An easy walk to the heart of Santa Fe: the Plaza. My boyfriend and I stayed here at the recommendation by our neighbor. Excellent location - within walking distance to the Old Town. Great breakfast. Our room came with a king size bed and a fireplace. We loved the place and enjoyed meeting other travelers over afternoon tea/coffee and cookies the hotel provided and also over breakfast.
