I am itching to leave this place - I'm on the 5th night of a seven night stay with no housekeeping and a leaking toilet. I will leave before my stay is up. I can dig funky, eclectic, and rustic, but everything is broken-down and old. The stove in the kitchenette doesn't light, the toilet leaks, the shower takes 5... More

Renter BEWARE you are NOT guaranteed the room you see online! Or even the same size! I had two confirmation emails regarding the EXACT address I had reserved: bedroom, kitchen, small living space for a special weekend w/ my fiance, had never been to Santa Fe and wanted to make it a bit more personal than a hotel. I even... More

She booked through a third party booking site. Sort of like Expedia or Priceline but not exactly. The problem with any third party sight is there is a THIRD PARTY involved, so there is bound to be occasional communication issues. I would encourage anyone who reads this review to always book directly with the Lodging Provider. You can find prices... More

This casita was a wonderful suprise after driving all day to get here. The place was spotless with a full kitchen and gas fireplaces in both the living and bedroom, it also had a private courtyard for my dog. It had a hot tub also that I did not use but would be great in the winter. It is a... More

This B&B is real Santa Fe gem. I wanted a getaway and I sure got it! This beautiful two bedroom house was within walking distance from the Plaza. A comfortable stay at a great price. Enjoy the best of New Mexico!

With parking being at a premium in downtown Santa Fe, you can not beat this location. It is a short walk to the Plaza and points beyond. The casitas seem to be traditional Santa Fe and a little quirky, which really was appealing. We had a two bedroom (upgraded from a one bedroom reservation) and it was roomy, clean and... More

I spent a delightful week in a little Chapelle Street Casita in February for $40/night with a week's rental..... the best off-season deal around! My casita had a bedroom with comfortable queen-size bed; a full bath with jacuzzi tub; a kitchenette with small refrigerator/freezer, microwave, coffee maker, 2 burner hot plate with dishes and pots; a living room with Dish... There's no better location for walking to the plaza, grabbing a quick bite or jumping on the highway. These charming adobe casitas can be your group's headquarters for an extended visit to the area, fully furnished and equipped in a walk to everything location. A little outdoor space and private entrace makes it feel like home. Rooms are small but... More

We rented three units over the 2011 Thanksgiving holiday for an extended family get together. **Location: Excellent!! A short walk to countless restaurants, museums, shops and activities. **Accommodations: The majority of us (7 adults and 1 child) stayed in the large three bedroom Adelante house on McKenzie. I can only personally attest to the room with the king bed and... More

Well when we arrived we drove to the location of 225 Mckenzie and had a bad start where we called the manager BEFORE we arrived and he said he will have the key in the basket. But upon arrival and very tired from Texas to New Mexico we were pooped! The key was not in the basket so we waited... More

Granted this property will never be granted a five star rating but for the price you can not beat the location and the breakfast is delicious. Please try the granola, I asked for the recipe and they generously gave it to me. The rooms are more than adequate with bright Santa Fe colors and decor. It is a short three... More
