Over 100 of us attended a retreat May 4-6 at Hotel Santa Fe. We found the hotel to be lovely, the staff friendly and accommodating, the coffee and food excellent quality and the free shuttle a wonderful perk! The beds and pillows were comfortable. I would definitely go back with family or on another retreat. More

I stayed in a very nice room in the Hacienda wing of the hotel. It is a separate building with its own keycard entry and is connected to the main building via a covered walkway. After I checked in at the front desk in the main wing, I was accompanied to the Hacienda by the butler on duty, who was... More

Just returned from "Spa Weekend" in Santa Fe, NM. Although this hotel is not ultra modern, it is comfortable and warm. It is the only hotel still owned by Native Americans. The decor is rustic and Native American inspired. The rooms were clean and well appointed although the bathrooms are a little on the small side. Our room did have... More

This was a one-night stop on a cross-country journey from Seattle to Dallas. About the Hotel: The hotel is new, somewhat in the Santa Fe style and located close to downtown - within walking distance of the plaza. The initial feel is of tranquility. The hotel shape is a cruciform with a bar and restaurant on the bottom floor and... More

The service was excellent, the room comfortable, and there is a free shuttle to the plaza, which is nice. More

this is my second time to stay at this hotel. They have a super shuttle service that we used both times. The hotel is clean, staff considerate and conveniently located. I would highly recommend. an excellent value for the money. More

We loved our room, our first night's dinner, and the staff. There were 3 of us...myself and 2 adult daughters. The room was a cozy, beautifully and expensively decorated with 3 leather easy chairs, a desk, a gas fireplace, a large armoire, a good-sized round table, anad 2 double beds. It would have been better if we had had queen... More

We choose this hotel for a 4 day "girl's trip"! We could not have been happier with our time at the hotel. The room was very pleasant , The bed extremely comfortable, the staff very helpful and friendly. We had 2 suites in the Hacienda section. Our "butler" could not have been nicer . We especially enjoyed the Native American... More

The Hotel knows customer service, everyone was friendly and eager to help. The free shuttle was first rate, just ask and they were ready to drop off and made sure with a phone call you could be picked up. The hotel is also with in walking distance to most areas. The room was very nice and clean, everything worked including... More

The staff at Hotel Santa Fe are exceptional. From our arrival, we found a smile on every face and a sense of pride and welcome. The room was a bit small, but otherwise perfect--good bed, comfy pillows, and a nice view of the pool and hot tub. We'd booked the hotel's spa special, and so a full breakfast was included... More
