The service was the best part of the stay. Very helpful and courteous staff. Rooms are pretty big but could be updated a bit. We are so spoiled in this country! Bed was comfortable. Parking was a little pricey. more

Got the room on a priceline deal. The hotel is in a great location, about 5 blocks from the Riverwalk, 6 from the Alamo. This hotel has all the beauty and charm of San Antonio that I love. The rooms are spacious and lovely, the grounds have exotic birds and beautiful landscape. The staff are always courteous and go out of their way for the smallest request. It is a home away from home (only better)! more

Great staff- friendly and helpful- convenient parking, and close to the Riverwalk- I like that our conference meetings were in historical buildings and we could enjoy the weather on the plaza more
