It might have involved a bit more walking than if we had been on the River Walk - but the neighbourhood is fascinating and different and very "real" and Lily is hugely welcoming. This place was outstanding. Great food, relaxing atmosphere, friendly hosts,and a really nice room. The best part of Brackenridge House is the attention that the owners pay to their guests. Really warm welcome here with a good breakfast to start the day. We didn't use the pool and the hot tub was covered for some reason whilst we were there so maybe ask if you would like to use it?
