We went to this hotel after deserting our previous reservation at the Quality Inn on W W White rd. The staff at this hotel was overly accomadating. The hotel was extremely clean and had a wonderful atmosphere. The only slight negative was that the breakfast bar could have been a little better. Overall this hotel is what you would expect... more
This was a business trip. The frontdesk was disorganized and unfriendly. First, they could not find our (I was traveling with a colleague) reservation, and then when we tried to put it on different corporate accounts, they just flat out said "that cannot be done" because it was prepaid.
