I stayed at this hotel while my home was being renovated over the weekend. The people who run it are very friendly and helpful. The rooms are clean, comfortable and have excellent cold a/c. This is a hotel I would definitely stay at again.

Even though the River Inn is located on the fringe of the downtown where it meets the city's West Side, it is a clean location with excellent working air conditioners that actually cool, and the family who owns or runs it are friendly people. I guess the two cop cars in the parking lot should have been the first tip off that this hotel was scary, but it didn't register until we got into the room to find the mirrored walls, galaxy paintings, and used condom wrappers on the floor.
