This letter is being written to you to inform you that I have taken issue with both your hotel and customer service. During our recent stay at a particular Best Western Hotel located in San Antonio we were treated very poorly. We arrived at around 2:00 pm in the afterooon, and when we went to try and check in, my husband was told Check In was not until 3:00 pm. He said that we didn't need to get in the room, but was it okay for us to just let them know we're here, and at least square the paperwork away, so we could leave and run an errand we needed to do. Not getting in the room, wasn't a big deal to us. He was told no. We had to LEAVE and come back after 3:00 pm. I've never heard of such a thing. So I didn't think we needed to be treated like that, so after we left I immediately called Customer Care to complain and see if we could cancel our reservation.
