Check-in was quick and easy and done with a smile, even at 11:30 pm. Lovely lobby. Clean and inviting. Our double queen bed room was very clean and comfortable. Linens were fresh and in excellent condition. Room cooled nicely and beds and pillows were very comfortable. Housekeeping was prompt, highly efficent, and accomdating. The hotel has crime problems and allows pets(which is great for those of us with allergies). Management says sorry but doesn't make improvemnts. Many Drury Inn's are excellent. This one isn't. Not recommended. more

We have stayed at this particular Drury Inn four times over the past year. The staff were helpful, friendly and accomodating. The afternoon snacks were a treat for the kids. I would highly recommend this hotel for business travelers and families. more
