This hotel is NOT new. They were in the process of putting new(ish) carpet in some rooms during our stay. The hotel room was awful. The water, didn't just drip or trinkle, it poured out of the faucet all druring our 4 night stay. It was reported to the front desk 3 times and was never fixed. Our tissue box... More

Was okay for a one night stay. The blow dryer didn't work. The kleenex box was empty. When we went to the continental breakfast everything was gone and we had to ask someone to replenish the supply. More

We stayed in this hotel one night...grant it ,it's a hotel that you can smoke in...that's all we smelled was cigarettes, YUCK... Upon a recent visit to san anton to visit my family and friends. My husband and kids stayed 2 nights and the Microtel Inn. What a wonderful staff!! They were friendly and helpful. plese don't fall for the good reviews, they were prob. written by staff, this hotel is truely DIRTY!!! please believe all reviews that warn you not to stay here ,carpets,tub,chairs,floors, everything dirty EXCEPT front lobby very misleading. i stayed there last week and i loved my stay, the staff (front desk and houskeper) was very nice & friendly, my room was very clean, my bed was so comfy and bathroom was very clean. Breakfast was very good, we def. will be back and stay at this hotel again. thanks for everything. :) More
