I expected more from this hotel. The location was great but the rooms, hallways and elevators could use a little updating. The room was clean and comfortable and the staff was friendly. If I were to go back to San Antonio - I would try another hotel on the River Walk. More

Stayed at hotel for company meeting and through out my 5 day stay, all employees were polite and friendly, even the overnight staff when I checked out in early morning to help me get a taxi to airport. Witnessed managers helping customers both day and night which shows they are not just "sitting" in their offices. Will be back! More
