The Coach House Inn is located just outside Salem's village center. We were very warmly welcomed and hosted by our sweet landlady Pat. She even served a rich breakfast basket at the rooms. Every room is differently decorated and has its own beauty. The entire house and the atmosphere let you go back in time and gives you some kind... More

The two of us stayed here for 7 nights and it was pretty fantastic. My only complaint was the super hard mattress, we would toss and turn all night and wake up sore and tired and one of the cleaning girls took it upon herself to move some of our things in the room and throw away some leftovers. The... More

About 3/4 mile outside Salem, this is a relly nice quaint place. Its walkable into town, particularly if you fancy a beer or two at the Salem beer works ! The rooms are 'olde world' but are clean and tea/coffee is in the room. The owner was very pleasant and helpful. Breakfast is served in a basket to your room,... More

The Coach House was a great way to start off our honeymoon. It was the perfect setting for a visit to Salem with its Victorian character and atmosphere. Our hostess gave us great dinner recommendations and tips for getting around and we were set to begin our Salem adventures. The breakfast in the morning did the trick and held us... More

We stayed at Coach House Inn for five nights earlier this month. We arrived late the first night, but Patricia (the owner/operator) was very accommodating to us Missourians. We got to meet her the next morning, after waking up to an amazing basket full of breakfast goodies outside our door. Pat made us feel right at home, complete with tips... More

If you're planning on visiting Salem I would HIGHLY recommend the Coach House Inn. Not only is it clean, quiet, and charming, but Patricia (the owner) is one of the most genuine persons I have ever met. She made sure we had all of the information we needed to get around the city and offered her advice on where to... More

We booked our three day trip at the last minute and the Coach House Inn was able to accomodate us in their busiest time of the year. Upon our arrival Pat greeted us and gave us great ideas on how to spend our days and pointed out areas of interest and good restaurants to patron. She also explained how to... More

After years of yearning to visit Salem in the fall my friend and I flew from Atlanta to visit Fall River (Lizzie Borden House) and Salem. As we only had two nights to stay, booking a B & B was difficult as most required a 3 day minimum in October. The Coach House did not, and being a bit off... More

Having now experienced this most comfortable and quiet accommodation for ourself, we cannot think of any reason for anyone submitting any negative comments. We certainly could not find fault with the excellent service we received. No ghosts either! More
