They gave us a "nasty" room, then offered my parents an upgrade for the mess. My dad gets his bill and they had the nerve to charge him for the room upgrade and $75 for a dog which we kept in a crate. Charge my family for their mistake....um we wouldn't recommend this hotel to anyone! HORRIBLE experience! Be prepared... More

Originally from the Northeast, have lived in CA got 6 years and stumbled upon the city of Tucson a few years ago. Living back in Philly now, decided to go with mom and sister to this hotel by booking through priceline for June 7-12. I've read a lot of reviews on here, but to explain where my expectations and thought... More

Stayed at the El Conquistador in Mid May with my husband and two children. We get a casita with attached junior suite. This could not have been a better choice for us. The rooms were gorgeous and very comfortable. The pools (children's and adult) were perfect for our needs and the staff was extremely friendly. I would definitely come back!!

Stayed 3 nights with my wife on a business/recreation trip to the "old Pueblo". We checked in late evening and the room given us was totally unacceptable. Front desk very nice and accommodating and as the hotel was pretty much empty other than our group they upgraded us to what I'll call the casitas across from the main parking lot.... More

Hilton's service staff were outstanding from checkin and every day for 5 days with family who have settled in Tucson. We called ahead of time to ask for a quiet room in Bldg 1 on upper floor and a refrigerator and we were glad we did ...as there were several wedding events being held . Bldg 1 is most convenient... Service was great; but the facility needed a face lift. The old golf cart paths that were now walkways to the casitas (extra cost suites) were unlevel, full of pot holes and poorly lighted. The furnishings looked like they had seen better days.

The Hilton is comfortable and the people are friendly. I always stay at the Hilton whenever possible. Outside trash cans needed to be emptied more often. The pool needed a stronger filtering system due to all the children in the pool.

Stayed here over the extended Memorial Day weekend and had a great time! The grounds are lovely and meticulously taken care of. Sitting by the pool in the evenings and looking up to the moonlit mountains as a backdrop- priceless! They also have a jam-packed events calendar for both kids and adults. We very much enjoyed the movie by the... More

Had a staycation at the Hilton because of a conference and I thoroughly enjoyed my stay. Great room at a great price! The Hilton offered great service. We ordered room service and it was delivered faster than we expected, the food was hot, and tasted amazing. The views at the hotel were amazing. Definitely worth staying here again!
