I don't understand how this park can receive such high ratings. It is very near I-10 and a busy rail line: Noisy! There is a sewage plant nearby. When the wind blows toward the park: Phew! The dog walk area is outside the bounds of the park along a busy road, and completely unlighted. Bring a strong and reliable flashlight!... More

Stayed here late Jan. 2013. A huge mistake. During the day consruction starts early and can vibrate your entire RV at night you have the I-10 to listen to along with a major rail line. It seems to be a zone where the trains honk their massive horns 4 to 8 times at all hours of the day or night.... More

I lived here for two years and for the most part loved my stay. Yes, there has been construction occuring due to city improvements that were necessary. I-10 was widened, the bridges replaced with works of art and the entire sewer system upgraded. A wash, through the middle of the park, was also finally covered over...eliminating a maintenance problem for... More

We were disappointed in the RV park. Unfortunately for us they were in the middle of a major construction project right in the middle of the park ( not of their doing I might add). The noise of construction started at 0630-4pm. We made the best of it by leaving during the daytime hours to avoid the noise. Hoping that... More

This RV Park, located just off I-10, is great for long or short term stays. We stayed for 8 days and had a great time! The park is well kept with several weekly activities for the people there. There was little to no noise from the "residence" as most are more mature or were gone for the "winter". The majority... More
