We checked into the Hotel Tucson on our honeymoon travels around Arizona. Jeff was extremely efficient and handled our check in brilliantly. Very polite and helpful, as were the other staff on Reception. Would recommend a stay here if you are ever passing Tucson and need a stayover.

Great customer service with nice well kept grounds. The staff are very accomidating and work very hard to satisfy your needs. Front desk check in staff work very hard to make your check in quick and easy. I highly recommend this hotel.

The first room we got wasn't cleaned. After they moved us, in the next room the TV didn't work and the drapes wouldn't close. When the air conditioner came on it was LOUD and woke us up. The one positive thing is the staff was very nice.
